Delta Appliances came to our building to inspect a stove for repair. We clearly communicated to the technician that we required a written estimate before proceeding. However, more than a week and a half later, we are still struggling to obtain that estimate.

Our experience has been frustrating. Communication has been poor, and the responses we have received have come across as unprofessional and, at times, condescending toward our clearly stated needs.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend using this company.

Very professional. They came early, got right to work, and installed my Stainless Steel Over-the-Range Microwave in less than 30 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves and even took the old microwave and box from the new microwave for a very decent price. I will be contacting them again for any of my future appliances needs.

Excellent service. Poor guy waited 2 1/2 hours for Home depot to deliver stove. Stove was finally delivered at about 530. Technician kindly waited around till Still was delivered to install. I really appreciate your patience and service.

The Delta Appliance installers did a great job of installing our new microwave. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and left the place clean. They also took the old microwave away for a very reasonable fee. I will definitely use them again for any future appliance repair or installation. Thank you!
